No one builds a network marketing business alone. It’s impossible to have long term massive success without others. The success of your business is the success of your team. Here’s the fun part everyone has different styles. The style you choose will revolve around your leadership style. Before you say I’m not a leader….. Leadership is a skill you can develop.

Some of us will nurture your team along. Others take hands off approach. “Give’em the info and let’em go do it.”  My personal mentor teaches only sponsor people in your business that you could and would take a 30 day cruise with.  Now that's a thought.

Imagine what it would be like if you gave birth to a brand new baby and then never held it, never kissed it, or never showed it any love? It is a proven fact that if you did that to a newborn, it would certainly die. Well the same thing holds true for people that we recruit onto our teams, if we don't show them love, they eventually will either die off or quit immediately. Loving your team is not just something that is nice to do.

It is something that you must do in order to have long-term massive success.
