The very best advice I give to others is never sponsor or recruit anyone unless you are willing to spend a 30 day cruise on the high seas with them. I know that really narrows down the prospect list, huh? Think about it. Why start a life long business relationship with someone you wouldn’t want to spend time with.

Building a team is all about building a relationship for a life time. That is if you are trying to create a walk away residual income. If your just looking for a recruiting bonus and playing the numbers game than you don’t fit with our group anyway. Which leads to what kind of person would I sponsor in my business?

The 2 Values I look for in a Team Member:

Desire – Does this person have the deep down burning desire to have more than what life is currently giving them. Do they have that burning desire to find success?

Coachable – The ability to hear and utilize outside input and influences to produce those life changing breakthroughs.

I know many were expecting a lot longer list but really if a person has those two values, desire and coachability they are the perfect team member for my team.
