I am a success story. www.first-step-next-step.blogspot.com. I grew up living in foster homes from New York to California, so at 17 is it any wonder that I went into the military? By 23 I was a divorced, single mom with a disability because of an automobile accident. My modeling career is over, or so I thought, my home and all my worldly possessions, gone. The doctor told me that I would never walk again, wait no you’ll only be able to blink. By 1998 I was married, a mom for the second time and driving. Do you think the doctor was wrong? I’m a step mom too, with 3 more children to raise, living in a house in the suburbs begging corporate America to let me work amongst them. Hey I have a degree now even though it took me 7 years to get it.

By 2005, I was tired of being obedient so I stopped taking prescribed medications. I gave the government back their check and their benefits. I quit working for everyone. I decided what I was going to earn. Now I help people, who like me, are sick and tired of other people telling them who they can be, what they can have or what they can do.
